CLEARWATER, Fla. (WFLA)— A Clearwater man was arrested after he pointed a laser at the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office helicopter.
Tomasz Walek, 44, was arrested late Tuesday night after he was seen on top of the Memorial Causeway Bridge aiming a laser light at the helicopter.
According to the City of Clearwater, Walek was charged with misuse of a laser lighting device, possession of open alcohol, and violation of probation after the late-night incident…
