TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A stalled front to the north of the Tampa Bay area will spark showers and storms in the Panhandle that will drift south through the area by late morning in to the afternoon.
Storms will be scattered today and Tuesday with more clouds than sunshine at times. Temps will be hot and humid, close to heat advisory criteria. Feels like temps will be 100-107 degrees each day.
It turns even hotter and drier midweek with rain chances dropping to a 20%. Skies will still be quite hazy with dense Saharan dust over the area. Temps will get even hotter with highs in the mid and upper 90s…
