Kahwa Coffee has moved into a 24,742-square-foot headquarters in St. Petersburg, expanding from a 14,000-square-foot facility after seven years in its previous home.
The building at 4001 35th St. N. houses the company’s roasting operation, production space, corporate offices and a dedicated training center.
Kahwa renovated the property before moving in, adding propane infrastructure for roasting equipment, new roll-up doors, a separation between production and office space, and a replica café for employee training and coffee education classes.
