Mr.Bear has opened at 16970 Focus Lp in Land O’ Lakes. It’s a Hokkaido cheesecake and coffee shop that started in New York City and now serves the Tampa Bay area.
The shop opened this month. It sells Hokkaido “cotton” cheesecake, a dessert from one of Japan’s northernmost islands. That region produces high-quality milk, butter, and cheese. The cheesecake is sweet, soft, and fluffy.
