SALEM, Ore. (KPTV) – The Salem Police Department is investigating an early morning burglary Tuesday that left a card shop owner out tens of thousands of dollars in inventory.
More-Flips Sports & Trading Cards owner Luke Cochran said he woke up to notifications from his security camera system Tuesday morning alerting him that someone had gained entry to the shop.
