A Benton County jury on Tuesday found a mother guilty of causing the death of her 2-month-old baby girl, the Benton County District Attorney’s Office said on Wednesday.
The jury convicted Deborah Albin on one count of first-degree manslaughter and two counts of first-degree criminal mistreatment in the death of Opal Oaks.
Albin called 911 on Feb. 26, 2023, when she found her daughter was not breathing. Emergency workers arrived and tried to get Opal breathing again but she was pronounced death at the hospital…
