PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A suspect has been arrested and police said they have recovered some stolen trading cards after a Salem store was broken into almost a month ago.
On June 2, More-Flips Sports & Trading Cards owner Luke Cochran told FOX 12 that he woke up to notifications from his security camera system alerting him that someone had broken in.
