PORTLAND, Ore. — Universities across Oregon are working collaboratively to advance technology projects focused on supercomputing and AI, and bringing these initiatives to every corner of the state.
Bridging this innovation is a 400-gig fiber network, moving data and computational abilities at speeds not previously available.
The newly live Link Oregon 400G pilot project, which debuted this spring, “is about us being able to deliver high-bandwidth services. These are to rural areas, to underserved areas.
