Just before 9:30 a.m., Corvallis police said they were called to the 600 block of Northwest Monroe Avenue after reports of a woman damaging property and creating a disturbance.
When officers arrived, they said they found Tiffany Wolf, 40, who was refusing commands from officers, and she refused to leave the roadway.
