PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — The Keizer couple at the center of the Bricks & Minifigs controversy is firing back after they say the corporation abruptly shut them out of the store in November 2024.
In a lawsuit recently filed in Utah Business and Chancery Court, the former store owners accuse Bricks & Minifigs of fraud, breach of contract, defamation and more.

“It has been an absolutely miserable experience,” said Benjamin Gorman, former co-owner of the Keizer, Oregon location. “We’re walking down the street and people recognize us not for an accomplishment but for being the people who had our store stolen from us.”
