SALEM, Ore. — A Salem man has died after crashing into a car while riding an e-bike back in February.
On Feb. 28, around 10:22 p.m., an e-bike rider identified as 67-year-old Richard Allen Hawkins was riding west on Union Street Northeast when he collided into a car traveling northbound on Front Street Northeast, according to the Salem Police Department.
