Woodburn Police ask public for help identifying hit-and-run suspect

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A young bicyclist was hit by a vehicle in March, and Woodburn Police still have not found the suspect or vehicle involved, authorities announced.

Woodburn police said officers responded to a reported hit-and-run at the McDonald’s located at 1540 Mt. Hood Avenue in Woodburn, and believe the incident took place at around 12:40 p.m. The bicyclist faced injuries and was treated at a local hospital.

Investigators said that the vehicle described to them was a black pickup truck with a silver grille. It was possibly a GMC or Chevrolet, and the driver was described as an older Caucasian or Hispanic male with a gray beard…
