TOOELE, Utah (ABC4) — A man has been charged with aggravated child abuse after allegedly choking a juvenile for not doing the dishes.
The 39-year-old defendant, who ABC4.com is not identifying to protect the victim’s privacy, has been charged with one count of aggravated child abuse, intentionally or knowingly.
