Today, brother-and-sister duo Jacob Wilson and Rachael Wilson are continuing that legacy at Snider’s Meats in Salt Lake City, where their family has served the community for nearly 35 years.

Jacob and Rachael grew up in the business, doing everything from stocking shelves and washing dishes to carrying groceries and learning the trade from the ground up. After pursuing their own paths — Jacob through business and Rachael through teaching — the siblings returned to help lead the family shop into its next chapter.
