SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — Temple Square is set to introduce new religious experiences and exhibits for visitors leading up to the reopening of the local Latter-day Saints temple.
The changes will be at the Joseph Smith Memorial Building, Conference Center, and the Salt Lake Tabernacle and will include multiple immersive and multimedia experiences designed to educate visitors about Jesus Christ.
“These new Temple Square experiences have been designed to help all guests learn of Jesus Christ. He is the focus,” said Elder Dale G. Renlund of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and member of the Missionary Executive Council. “We hope and pray that the millions of guests who come to Temple Square every year and engage with these new experiences will be inspired and come to know their Savior better.”
