WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (ABC4) — Teresa and Maria Bustos said that the fire happened quickly. One moment it wasn’t there, and the next moment it was.
According to West Valley City Fire Department, the fire sparked near 5000 W 3500 S, and although it began behind the home, flames spread quicky to the structure and several vehicles.
Teresa said that her sister was the one who knocked on her door, alerting her to a fire burning behind her home. She immediately jumped into action, ensuring that everyone was out of the home.
