MILLCREEK — It’s been almost two years now since Eric and Amy Lund opened their Dough Lady bakery in Millcreek, and more than five years since first launching its online predecessor. That’s easily tens of thousands of cinnamon rolls ago. And do you know who still can’t quite believe it?
