BOX ELDER COUNTY, Utah (ABC4) — A West Valley City man has been jailed after enticing a 16-year-old girl online, who was actually an adult undercover agent.
21-year-old Jaxn Zane Romney has been charged with five counts of enticing a minor, a second-degree felony, and two counts of distributing material harmful to a minor, a third-degree felony.
