RIVERTON, Utah (ABC4) — The city of Riverton has ordered its residents to boil water before using it after an inspection discovered that irrigation water was mixing with the culinary water system due to an illegal cross-connection.
According to Riverton, the boil water order is in effect from 3200 West to the East Border of Riverton. Residents in that area should NOT drink water from the tap without boiling it first, for at least one minute.
