SAN ANTONIO — Emergency crews are responding to several high-water rescue calls as a Flash Flooding Warning has been issued for the San Antonio area.
The San Antonio Fire Department said they responded to several vehicles staked in high water on General Hudnell Drive just before 10 p.m.
