SAN ANTONIO — What started as a raid on a Southside home has now led to the arrest of the man deputies say was behind an illegal gambling operation—one they believe had been operating for years.
According to the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office, 65-year-old Clayton Burl Jopling is now in custody, accused of orchestrating a gambling business out of a home in the 300 block of East Harding Street.
