The folks behind the downtown restaurant Stout’s Signature have set their sights on Southtown, with plans to open a sibling concept.
Stout’s Jewel is set to open this fall at 1102 S. Alamo St. in the King William Historic District. The name of the upcoming establishment is inspired by the space the new business will occupy, which is in the former coffee shop and lounge The Jewel.
