SAN ANTONIO – A District 10 city councilman is sharing resources and support for families affected by two house explosions on the North Side.
On Sunday, Councilmember Marc Whyte posted about the Nowell family, three of whom were seriously injured in a natural gas explosion that destroyed their home earlier this week.
