Most City Council members are staying mum on whether they’ll support the San Antonio Water System’s request to raise rates to pay for numerous equipment repairs and upgrades.
The mayor and 10-member council will have the final say on whether the city-owned utility can increase water and wastewater rates for residential and commercial customers.
