SAN ANTONIO — A woman is in critical condition following a major crash Friday afternoon on the city’s west side, according to the San Antonio Police Department.
Police said the collision happened around 3:58 p.m. at the intersection of West Commerce Street and South General McMullen Drive.
According to SAPD, the driver of a Honda Accord was traveling northbound on South General McMullen as she approached West Commerce Street. Investigators said the vehicle then crossed into oncoming traffic and struck a Mazda head-on that was traveling in the opposite direction…
