SAN ANTONIO – An officer has been suspended indefinitely after allegedly filming profane TikTok videos while in uniform, as well as failing to secure the scene of a sexual assault.
Police officials have issued two indefinite suspension orders without pay against Officer Xavier Hutchinson, saying multiple alleged violations of department rules, civil service regulations and misconduct made his continued employment detrimental to effective law enforcement.
The first indefinite suspension focused on alleged violations involving social media use and insubordination.
