Community members in Clairemont are opposing a proposed 65-foot AT&T 5G cell tower planned for Gershwin Park, continuing a debate that began earlier this year when neighbors first learned about the project after signs were posted at the park.
Neighbors gathered at the park holding signs reading “Stop the Tower” and “Gershwin Park is Not for Sale” to voice their concerns about the telecommunications infrastructure being built in the recreational space.
