SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Carlsbad’s Lilo was named the best restaurant in America by the Robb Report on Tuesday.
The 24-seat chef’s counter-style restaurant has earned multiple prestigious accolades since opening in April of last year in the heart of Carlsbad. Just 27 days after it opened, the restaurant earned a Michelin recommendation, and a few weeks after that, a Michelin star.
