Former Padres owner donates $6.25M to Ronald McDonald house

SAN DIEGO (FOX5/KUSI) — On Thursday, the Ronald McDonald House revealed it is renaming its main building the Ron and Alexis Fowler Family Care Center. The new name honors the local Fowler family, who recently made a $6.25 million donation to support the charity’s mission.

Throughout the day’s festivities, they also unveiled a new Family Support Services Program aimed at expanding critical help for families facing pediatric medical crises.
