SAN DIEGO, Calif. (FOX5/KUSI) — In court on Wednesday afternoon Maya Millete’s sister Maricris Drouaillet testified she received ransom notes, as they searched for her sister Maya Millete, who has been missing since 2021.
Maricris sent those ransom requests into the Chula Vista Police Department at the time, but they were not credible. Maya’s husband, Larry Millete is on trial accused of his wife’s Maya Millete murder.
