Teen Crew Nabbed With Machine-Gun Pistols After Mills College Carjacking

Four juveniles were taken into custody near Mills College after Oakland officers spotted a stolen vehicle, watched the suspects bail out on foot and moved in. Police say they recovered two loaded firearms outfitted with devices that converted them to fully automatic weapons, and a preliminary investigation tied the group to a string of armed robberies and a pistol‑whipping incident in East Oakland late Sunday into Monday.

According to SFGATE, two of the juveniles are from Oakland, one is from Hayward and one is from Richmond. Investigators are asking anyone with information or video to contact the Oakland Police Robbery Unit at (510) 238‑3326 or email [email protected].
