Hashi Market, a Japanese grocery chain described as part supermarket and part department store, will open its first West Coast location on Friday, Oct. 9, in Cupertino.
Besides a ribbon-cutting, the 10 a.m. grand opening will include a tuna-cutting demonstration and tasting, vendor demos, prizes and opening-weekend deals.
