A shuttered Bay Area arts venue is set to reopen in 2027 under new ownership with a fresh direction focused on live music.
Heavy Lemon, which organizes pop-up concerts at local businesses in San Jose, and nonprofit organization Crossthread, are teaming up to revive the Black Cat Licorice Theater.
