Above: Marco Espinoza (L) and Michael Anaya (R) Originally published by the San Jose Police Department:. “On January 11, 2024, at approximately 10:50 PM, Patrol Officers responded to the area of Kruse Drive and Montague Expressway for a report of a possible dead body inside a recreational vehicle. Upon arrival, Officers located an adult male that was pronounced deceased at the scene. Due to the level of decomposition, it was not evident at the scene that the death was the result of foul play. Patrol Officers on scene collected evidence and did a thorough investigation. The Santa Clara Coroner’s Office responded to the scene and began a concurrent investigation.
