A NEW Costco gas station is set to open despite a 2022 ban stopping new ones from being built in the city.
Once constructed, the new 10,000 square-foot gas station will be able to service 28 cars at once with its 14 pumps.
The good news for Costco shoppers comes after council members in Novato, California, voted 4-1 to agree to uphold the planning commission’s approval to build the gas station.
