Bailey Zimmerman is breaking his silence on the charges he’s facing in for allegedly destroying his New Mexico hotel room.
The country star is facing felony and misdemeanor criminal charges after allegedly wrecking his hotel room in May and causing more than $16k in damage.
“First things first, I want to apologize to the Pueblo of Sandia and to everyone at Sandia Resort & Casino,” Zimmerman said in a statement shared with TMZ on Tuesday, June 23. “I never meant for any of this to come across as disrespectful. I am deeply sorry for my actions that transpired. I respect your community and the hospitality and appreciate the opportunity that was given to me to perform on Native Land. I take full accountability for everything that happened and I am sorry to anyone who feels hurt or disrespected.”…
