A helicopter crew from the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office helped rescue an injured rock climber over the weekend at Salt Point State Park after the climber fell about 15 feet in a remote area .
The sheriff’s Henry-1 helicopter was requested at 3:38 p.m. Sunday to assist with the rescue after reports that the climber had suffered a suspected broken foot, the Sheriff’s Office said.
