In just days, Sarasota and its visitors are in for a delicious treat. Savor Sarasota kicks off this coming Monday for two weeks of incredible prix-fixe dining. Presented by Visit Sarasota County, the 21st annual Savor Sarasota runs from June 1 through June 14, 2026.
This year, 67 restaurants are participating, from longtime Savor favorites to exciting new additions, spanning Sarasota and Manatee County. During Savor Sarasota, participating restaurants offer exclusively crafted prix-fixe menus: a three-course dinner for $45 and, for those serving the midday crowd, a two-course lunch for just $25.
This year, chefs across the county are going above and beyond.
