ANNA MARIA, Fla. (WWSB) – The rebuilding of the Anna Maria City Pier is underway, and a familiar business could be reopening there.
City commissioners unanimously approved a lease with GSM Partners to bring the waterfront restaurant back after the pier was destroyed by the 2024 hurricanes.
Under the new five-year lease, the restaurant will return with more space and expanded options for guests. GSM Partners will take over space previously occupied by Mote Marine, which is not returning to the pier…
