BRADENTON, Fla. (WWSB) – A trial date for the man accused of trying to kill his wife by dragging her behind a boat off Anna Maria Island is still in limbo after a case management conference Thursday.
Lawyers for Douglas Scott Naeher requested a December trial date, but prosecutors say they prepared witnesses for a September trial.
