MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. (WWSB) – 20-year-old Christopher Quezada-Cerros appearing in a Manatee County courtroom Tuesday morning. He was originally set to face trial October 12th, but a new plea agreement with the state is now in the works.
He had originally entered a not guilty plea and was scheduled for a jury trial. Tuesday morning the defense saying they have actually reached a plea agreement with the state, and are currently needing to work out details of the deal.
The case will now be heard at a plea agreement hearing on November 10th, 2026…
