SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) – The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office said it has charged 34-year-old Nicholas Novickis with two counts of second-degree murder and animal cruelty in connection with the May 23 shooting in the 4700 block of Mondrian Court in Sarasota.
