Atlanta-based Chapco Design Build, a division of Jim Chapman Construction Group, announces that construction of the clubhouse is nearing completion at Wren’s Hollow, a build-to-rent townhome community in Pooler, Georgia. Developed by Mandrake Capital Partners, the project continues to move forward with a focus on quality construction and the timely delivery of its amenity package.
Chapco Design Build was selected as the general contractor based on its experience delivering residential amenities with consistent execution and quality control. The clubhouse at Wren’s Hollow serves as a central feature in the community’s lifestyle-focused design.
