SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) – The Savannah Police Department and the Savannah Impact Program held a Back to School Bash Saturday, distributing free book bags and school supplies to more than 300 families.
Latoyia Daniels said this is the third year of the event. The program originally served between 20 and 50 families when it launched.
