HARDEEVILLE — The public will soon have a chance to discuss a $57 million project that will upgrade 3.8 miles of overburdened Argent Boulevard between U.S. Route 278 and South Carolina Highway 170.
The Oct. 1 meeting will be hosted by Jasper County officials in cooperation with the South Carolina Department of Transportation.
