BRYAN COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) – The Bryan County Board of Education announced Bivins Miller has been named the sole finalist to serve as the next Superintendent of Bryan County Schools.
The school district said Miller has dedicated nearly two decades to public education, including 13 years in school administration, and currently serves as principal of Richmond Hill High School, one of the largest high schools in Southeast Georgia, serving more than 2,700 students and 270 staff members.
Miller earned both his Master’s and Educational Specialist degrees in Educational Leadership from Georgia Southern University. Throughout his career, the school district said Miller participated in or led numerous initiative.
