The city of Rincon is issuing a traffic alert for one of the busiest areas of Effingham County.
From May 26 through June 9, a 0.12-mile resurfacing project will take place on 9th Street from Highway 21 to Blandford Road. McClendon Contractors crews will be working on the road during this time.
