Arizona families dealing with food insecurity can pick up free groceries and pet food at United Food Bank’s neighbor pantry event July 10.
United Food Bank is teaming up with PetSmart Charities for the 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. event at United Food Bank Volunteer Center, 358 E. Javelina Ave. in Mesa.
All food is provided free of charge to eligible community members. No pre-registration is required; attendees simply need to bring a valid state ID.“The need for food assistance has surged over the past year, and when families struggle to eat, their pets often feel that strain as well.
