CATCH Scottsdale welcomes brunch to its weekend lineup, available Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The new brunch experience combines unlimited raw bar and sushi selections, house-made croissants, a choice of entrée, and a dessert station for $75 per person. Guests can also add unlimited caviar service and order cocktails created specifically for brunch.
Raw Bar and Sushi Start the Experience
Brunch at CATCH Scottsdale begins with house-made croissants before moving into the restaurant’s seafood offerings. Guests have unlimited access to selections from the CATCH Boat, which features oysters, shrimp cocktail, clams, mussels, Hamachi tartare, and tuna poke.
The seafood selection is accompanied by sushi options, including salmon avocado, Vegetable King, spicy yellowtail, and spicy tuna rolls. A chef’s assortment of nigiri is also included.
For an additional $80 per person, diners can add unlimited Caviar Service featuring Ossetra caviar served with traditional accompaniments.
