PHOENIX — A new exhibit in Phoenix is demonstrating how having a home fire sprinkler could save your life.
You can check it out starting Tuesday, May 19, when it opens to the public at the Hall of Flame Museum.
“It’s very important,” Nicole Sanders with the Fire Safety Research Institute said. “What we’ve learned from our research is that decades ago, you had over 17-20 minutes to escape a home fire. But, in the modern environment, with synthetic fabrics and open concepts, escape times are reduced to about two minutes or less.”…
